Classic French-Belgian dishes are given a modern twist and presented in a fresh, attractive way. The top-quality ingredients used by the chef guarantee excellent value for money. The excellent amuse-bouches and treats with coffee round off the meal perfectly.

Favourite regional product of the chef?
Asparagus from Mechelen – “white gold” – an excellent vegetable that is unfortunately not very well known. Each year I count the months until April arrives - showing my Mechelen roots!
Favourite beer?
Cuvée van de Keizer, a dark special beer with an alcohol percentage of 10 or 11%. This unique beer is only brewed once a year. Or a Bolleke Koninck, an amber beer with an alcohol percentage of 5%, that is virtually the “generic brand” of the city of Antwerp.
What is your favourite place in Flanders?
The skywalk above the almost 100-metre-high St Rombouts Cathedral in Mechelen.
