This Bruges Cooking Program by Avanti Destinations includes cooking lessons by award-winning chefs at Patrick Devos' Silver Peacock restaurant in Bruges, a four-course gourmet dinner, four nights accommodations (two nights in Brussels and two nights in Bruges), and train tickets from Brussels to Bruges.

Basil & Co

Cooking classes can be organized in the restaurant of Andre d'Haese. This elegant restaurant is located in a unique historical setting on the prestigious Avenue Louise in Brussels. Additional options include appetizer tasting and wine tasting in the wine cellar.

Marriott Brussels Midtown Grill

This newly opened eatery (April 2007) is an American version of a grill restaurant, featuring an open show kitchen which is ideal for cooking classes. The cooking class includes a three-course dinner and 1/2 bottle of wine per person.

In addition to evening cooking classes they also offer a ''Day with a Belgian chef,'' wine-tasting courses and tailor-made events for private or corporate groups.

International Culinary School of Bruges

The seminars, led by a team of top-level master chefs, cover a variety of topics, including Belgian beer, desserts with the world-famous Belgian chocolate, visits to interesting restaurants, pastry and chocolate shops, with sight-seeing tours and guest lectures given by first-rate Belgian chefs.

Kook Klasse

Located in Sint Job in't Goor in Flanders, they offer cooking classes with fresh and natural ingredients. They also provide instructions on how to decorate a table beautifully and in harmony with the dining room.

Located in Bruges, it is a renowned  hotel and tourism school.

Miette Culinary Studio

Along with a staff of professional chefs, classically-trained Belgian chef Paul Vandewoude, formerly of West Village restaurants Tartine and Titou, teaches professional techniques and shares his most popular recipes with the class in hands-on sessions. Students learn and prepare recipes, and dine together at the end of each class.

Worldchefs

Based in California, Chef Suzanne a Belgian native, demonstrates how to prepare authentic Belgian dishes, such as Cream of Endive Soup, Belgian Fries with real Mayonnaise, Tomate aux Crevettes (shrimp with tomatoes), Belgian waffles, Belgian chocolate mousse and so much more.
