You will not find a three-star chef behind our stove but Vincent, a one-time law student with a summer job at a Brussels’ chip shop and a fondness for genuine home-made fries.

Vincent just loves fresh Belgian fries of supreme quality and he felt he had to let the whole world know. So he opened his first chip restaurant in Bruges, not far from where he was born. Chez Vincent® stands for fresher-than-fresh products, highest quality ingredients, home-style cooking and authentic Belgian dishes. The choice for Bruges was obvious: a world-class city with a rich cultural heritage. It is from there that Chez Vincent® aims to conquer the world.
